How do we assign meaning?

If learning is neuro-semantic then assigning meaning (semantics) to what a learner does or what the environment assigns as meaningful is important in the acquisition of language. This assignment of meaning is not “broadcasting” or “narrating” but explaining the relationships among agents, their actions, and the environmental objects, locations, etc. An excellent explanation of how meaning is assigned orally as well as the need to learn how to assign meaning to one’s thinking is found in an You Tube video on my channel.
